We want to build four high-quality residential blocks that will resemble the large homes existing on Bush Hill. To distinguish each apartment building from the other, a differing material palette is utilised from render to tile
hanging to an arts and craft design. Additional design features on the elevations will be of high quality, these details include finials to the gables, stone quoining to the ground floor elevations and feature double height bay
windows. In addition to these details every, block is bookended by decorative arts and crafts style chimney stacks.

The site is well served by a regular bus service enabling quick and convenient access to the Enfield high street and on to further public transport links, fromthe bus stops located along Park Avenue.

Servicing of the proposed building will take place via Carrs Lane. The site layout has been thoughtfully designed to ensure secure refuse storage areas are easily accessible for both occupants and refuse collection.

The proposals include 40 off-street car parking spaces which is comprised of 34 allocated resident parking spaces and 4 disabled spaces within the basement, the remaining 2 spaces are available to visitors at ground level and
accessed via Carrs Lane.

The proposed layout has been formed around the large existing tree within the centre of the site. The communal grounds towards the rear of the site are overlooked by all the habitable living spaces which are positioned towards the rear of the apartments. It is hoped this will encourage resident’s grandchildren to safely play within the grounds.
